Terms of Payment

Medphoenix RCM shall invoice the Client at the beginning of each month for the services rendered in the previous month. Invoices may be sent electronically or via U.S. mail and will include a detailed breakdown of charges as per the mutual agreement between both parties. Payments are due within ten (10) days of receiving the invoice. The Client agrees to make payments using Stripe, ACH auto-pay, or online wire transfer.

Refund Policy

If a panel is closed during the credentialing process and Medphoenix RCM is unable to proceed with the application, the associated cost will be adjusted with an alternative application as agreed upon with the client. No direct refunds will be issued unless otherwise discussed and documented.

Termination Policy

This Agreement may be terminated by either party for breach of contract or for convenience. A written notice of thirty (30) days must be provided by the terminating party, stating the reason for termination. If the Client fails to provide a proper notice period, a penalty may be applied, the terms of which will be defined in the individual agreement.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Consent Communication

Phone numbers collected for SMS communication will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All SMS consent data is used strictly for direct communication between Medphoenix RCM and its clients.

2. Types of SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications from Medphoenix RCM, you may receive messages related to:

  • Customer care
  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up notifications
  • Billing and account inquiries

Example:
“Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment with Dr. Khan at Medphoenix on Monday at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.”

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on the type of services being provided. Typically, you may receive 2 or 3 SMS messages per week related to appointments, billing, or service updates.

4. Standard Messaging Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. These charges may differ for domestic and international messages.

5. Opt-In Methods

You may opt in to receive SMS communications from Medphoenix RCM by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on our online or paper forms
  • Verbally confirming during onboarding or support calls
  • Submitting your number through a service inquiry form

6. Opt-Out Methods

You can opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. You may also request to be removed by contacting us directly.
